The Coutts London Prime Property Index tracks quarterly change in average sales prices in prime (£1m-£10m) London residential property since 2013. It encompasses 49 postcodes grouped in 15 separate, distinct areas.
Data is provided by LonRes, a leading provider of real-time information to London’s top residential professionals.
