  • Monitoring and Control

    Efficient card management through transparency and efficiency.

    Coutts Business Charge Card allows you to choose a monthly statement date that suits your business and determine whether you or your employees settle the monthly bills. The card is designed to offer complete control, allowing you to set individual credit or transaction limits for each employee and block certain types of spending.

    Accessible management information enables you to monitor employees’ expenses, while simplifying administration and helping you negotiate better deals with your suppliers. Data can be provided in paper or electronic format.

  • ClearSpend

    ClearSpend is a new online tool that gives your Card Administrator complete control of employee's business cards. They can view the firm's total balance, transactions and declines; make changes to a cardholder's  credit limit, block or close cards, analyse spend patterns and control spending with merchant category blocking. Cardholders can also use the service to check their card balance.

    To register for ClearSpend please contact your banker or Coutts Business Charge Cards on 0370 909 3700 (Monday to Friday 9-5. All calls with Coutts are recorded for training and monitoring purposes).

    Once registered, you can access ClearSpend online at clearspend.coutts.com or download the app for free from the App Store and from Google Play.

  • Worldwide Convenience

    Trusted and accepted worldwide.

    The card can be used to obtain cash from cash machines throughout the UK and abroad and pay for goods and services at retail outlets worldwide that display the Visa logo.

  • Priority Pass™

    Complimentary access to executive airport lounges worldwide.

    Priority Pass™ is available to Business cardholders, providing access to over 1500 executive airport lounges worldwide, with up to four complimentary lounge visits per year. Further visits are available for a nominal fee.*

  • Online verification

    Added protection against unauthorised card use.

    For added security and peace of mind, Coutts Online Verification ensures that only the cardholder is permitted to transact online.

    We have also introduced additional layers of security for your Coutts cards that will make online shopping less obtrusive but no less safe. Our new service is easier to use as there is no need to register your card or remember a password.
